My name was shortened on a parcel the guy had me stood there for 20mins repeating my name and address showing him my form of photo ID, several different cards/loyalty cards with my name on. To then laugh in my face and say I’m giving you the parcel calm down after asking my bank details and address over and over, incredibly rude staff will not be spending any of my money here.
