Drove 10min to pick up DPD parcel, had the pick up pass as stated on the comms from DPD only to be refused collection and to be told that I need ID. Drove back to get ID and as it turns out I didn't need it. They got confused. Drove 40mim to get a parcel. Joke

Again she asked my name and then she didn’t give my parcel as the name wasn’t match !!!! She not even tried to listen my name or address again. Very rudely she only asked for id! id! id! id! Horrible experience.

A misleading notice on the door, of which I have taken a photo, stating that it as was due to open again at 2.00 pm. I returned at 2.00 to collect my urgent delivery from the post office, only to find it still closed!
