  Less than 1 * - but had to put one to actually review the place. I don't often go to this post office, because I work at a store that has a small post office, however, on the odd occasion, I have need of services that the store I work for do not provide. I must say, the staff in here are absurdly rude, and barely comprehensible at best. On top of that, I know for a fact that the service I require is catered for at this branch (because I have used this service in the past), yet it seems not a single member of staff is trained to perform the simple task of scanning a barcode that is on a customers phone. It has become an absolute joke in here in the last few years, and it is such a shame to say that considering what it was like once-upon-a-time.

  Would give 0 stars If I could. Staff rude and said wouldn't help me if my handwriting was bad. Did new form and the said it didn't work. Was trying to get new log book. Went to Crowborough instead and they did it in about 2 mins. Seen reviews on here. She clearly shouldn't work in customer service if she's rude to everyone. Horrible experience. Was closed for lunch for hour and a half due to no staff. Clearly no one wants to work there either. Must be because she is a horrible person. Would rather it get closed down and some new person run it. Caused me to miss work due tonkt being able to get car on road due to her. Avoid!!! Avoid!!!! Avoid!!! Go to Crowborough if you have a way there . They were amazing

  Perpetually closed and on the odd occasion when they deign to heave open their blast proof doors and let us common rabble into their fiefdom we are met with either utter disdain and contempt or indecipherable accents that cannot be understood- or both. Post Office goes to the ends of the earth to find the most arrogant and passive aggressive staff for customer facing roles. A true gem of the Post Office, perhaps their flagship branch! Good job team!

  This Post Office is now closed and has relocated further up the road away from the town centre. It is now relocated between Cremes and The British Heart Foundation furniture shop on the other side of the road.
