The staff were so patient and kind — they didn’t make me feel rushed or awkward at all. Instead, they calmly guided me through each step and made sure everything was done correctly. It really meant a lot to feel supported rather than judged, especially when I was already feeling a bit flustered. Their helpful attitude turned a stressful situation into a smooth, positive one. Massive thank you to the team at this branch — great service and even better people. Highly recommend
