I was as polite as can be, lady serving just pointed at the scale, pointed for me to put it through to her, only communication from her was the price then she threw the receipts through to me. What ever happened to service with a smile and manners?!

The staff member was extremely rude and was speaking badly about customers in Hindi, thinking people around wouldn’t understand. Luckily, I do understand Hindi. It was very unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour. Customer service should be polite and respectful to everyone. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff behaviour. It was this morning 14/06/2026

The staff member was extremely rude, and they speak their own language unprofessional, and spoke with no respect towards customers. Customer service should be polite and helpful, but unfortunately that was not the case during my visit.
