Rude aggressive staff! Parcels all messed up and after I complained nothing was done and the company where I wanted to return my parcel authorised an investigation. I received my returns for which I paid after this staff had already scanned and said I couldn’t return it - returned to me! I guess that was due to the investigation by the returns company. What it highlighted was incompetence of this particular staff who did not have skills to serve customers and frankly should not be there. As a female I felt intimidated and threatened. But I am not one to back down as one of my parcels still is missing and not returned. I will be back.
