Extremely incompetent staff who are dismissive, rude and out right awful. They act as if their job is a chore and even a task as simple as posting a parcel is an effort for them at your expense

This was one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve had at any post office. The employee who assisted me was openly rude, dismissive, and spoke with clear irritation from the moment I approached the counter. He was a balding Asian male who was very very rude. I will NEVER return to this shop. I hope he loses his job.

RUDE, condescending and discriminatory behaviour from the bald older Asian guy (says his name is RCJ) on numerous occasions.
He has denied receiving my parcel despite tracking showing otherwise, only to immediately find it when I brought my mum to the store with me. Today he claimed the gas and electric top up system had been down for 10 days at this branch and across the whole area. My provider confirmed this was untrue. When I returned to question it he became defensive and openly rude. I then completed my top up successfully with no issue at a neighbouring branch.
His behaviour is consistently obstructive, dismissive and incompetent. This branch needs proper oversight because no customer should have to deal with someone who refuses basic services and treats people with open contempt.
I will be escalating further as this is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional.
