Very horrible customer service. Unhelpful and lack proper knowledge of their job…

Rude staff member at the counter spent at least 5 minutes loudly moaning to another colleague about “how horrible my screwed up (folded) money was, as you spend ages trying to straighten the notes out to put in the till”. She then announced that she gives those same notes back out to customers first rather than the straight ones. All the while I was standing in front of her at the counter! Didn’t even care to respond when I asked her what her issue was with the money.
I felt sorry for her colleague who she was training, as she was so embarrassed for her! Avoid if you expect any basic customer service.

Exceptional customer service and patience, I had an issue returning an Amazon package, the young lady that served me was extremely polite and patient going through this with me on my phone, taking time to show me what I should be doing. This was customer service to the highest level. It is wonderful to have such a service in our community.

Useless... I live on the marina and since our office doesn’t except parcels we relied on this local office to get our deliveries, they now won’t for some reason except our parcels, other shops have bid to take on the service and provide us the service, but they have won it back which is useless to me and the hundreds of others that live just a mile away..it’s now down to the main sorting office which is two towns over and a royal pain to get to. The Post Office used to be a local service and now it seems it’s only to provide that if it’s not too much hassle... I’ll be avoiding the Spar which took this stance and encourage any locals that can to do the same !
