I made a 1 start review at the time which later they asked me to remove because the parcel showed as delivered. Yes, they delivered THREE WEEKS after, they found my parcel after I made the 1 star review. They had the audacity to contact my work to remove the review. I was the one who saw the message, that was very unprofessional because they indeed had LOST my parcel. So here am I again.
