In the numerous visits I have made over the past few years, I have only been greeted warmly on one occasion. It seems as though she either dislikes her job or has a disdain for customers—I'm unsure which. Today's incident particularly stands out: she refused to accept a large letter due to it being 2 grams overweight. While her decision may have been technically correct, a mere 2 grams could easily be attributed to a minor scale error. It would have been more reasonable for her to use discretion in such situations.

He asked me to go elsewhere. I understand that there might be a lack of trust and communication between post offices and Royal Mail but that frustration should not be taken out on customers by refusing a service that they are meant to do.
