The guy standing behind the counter counting the post office’s money in full view of the public then tells me I will need to wait 5 minutes for him to finish counting his cash in front of me before he can serve me. I left and went to my usual post office. Why could the other lady staff member not serve me? And should you really be counting up to £1000 in cash in full view of the public walking by? Customer service at its worst. I will not be going back here!

I've been 3 times and I have been insulted every time now, i refuse to go there, trust me its that bad! you'll wait up to 20 mins to be served. Hartley post office is the best
