Lots of bad reviews but I for one have never have a problem with these guys - even helped me fill in forms for international parcels and the like. Have always given me good advice on prices as well.

The first time I have used this post office, nobody else in the shop apart from me and the two staff members.
The guy standing behind the counter counting the post office’s money in full view of the public then tells me I will need to wait 5 minutes for him to finish counting his cash in front of me before he can serve me.
I left and went to my usual post office. Why could the other lady staff member not serve me? And should you really be counting up to £1000 in cash in full view of the public walking by? Customer service at its worst. I will not be going back here!

This place is awful for two very old people they are very rude, don't bother if you can go to the post office in Hartley, they are so nice and helpful, i have to drive to get there but its worth it, these two in McColl's are biggots! I've been 3 times and I have been insulted every time now, i refuse to go there, trust me its that bad! you'll wait up to 20 mins to be served. Hartley post office is the best
