Unfortunately, this Post Office could really use some improvement. The branch often feels untidy, and cleanliness does not seem to be a priority. There is almost always a long queue, even though notices suggest that there are vacancies open, which makes the waiting time longer than it should be.
Service tends to be quite slow, and staff sometimes appear unmotivated, which can be frustrating for customers who just need to post or collect something quickly. With better organisation, staffing, and attention to cleanliness, this branch could offer a much better experience.

Nicky is a very horrible person. I went in an qued at the post office side at which point Nicky came out from the money exchange to talk to me like a child - extremely rude and condescending - I think she was the manager/supervisor and I think that she could learn a lot from the very polite and helpful young colleague that put her to shame

Does not open at 8:30 on a Saturday. Nobody there, parcel machines were off. Shop staff confirmed the Post Office opens at 9. That's also what it says for morning opening time every day on the sign in the window.
