Staff always seem to pick the highest price for whatever service I request. I then show the price I found online (royal mail website) and all of a sudden they can do a different rate with the same delivery time. Constantly putting you on the most expensive postage until you catch them out (as I've done multiple times). Never enough staff on and queue is always long. Would avoid like the plague if you can help it.

Where do I start! This has to be the worst post office I have ever encountered in my life. Does not matter what day or time you visit this place, you are guaranteed a queue half way around the shop and out the door. The service is absolutely shocking. This post office has 3 terminals of which there is only ever one open. I have sent an official complaint to post office counters demanding a written response to what they plan to do about this branch. It's such a shame as the staff are nice and friendly, unfortunately this is seriously hindered by the appalling shocking service. Let's hope post office counters start acting on customer complaints and come up with a simple solution, stop putting profit before customer service and open all 3 terminals. We can only live on hopes!
