Post Office Counter - Horrendous! - two female counter staff chatting whilst I waited at their 'stop' sign. No other customers. Continued to chat, I moved in front of them, continued to chat. Eventually the dark-haired lady said 'yes'. I asked for stamps please. No 'please' or 'thank you' in reply (basic curtesy?). Ruder than rude! Reading other reviews, it appears that many customers are treated similarly. Begs the question – does the Franchisee/Agent or Royal Mail not care about this level of unprofessionalism and appalling customer service? Will avoid going in to that shop and using that PO counter.

Popped into this post office today, I had a problem with a log book on a car I brought. The lady behind the counter could not be any more helpful if she tried. I didn’t have a clue what I was doing she really knew her stuff and helped me. Would 100% recommend. Thank you

I find ladies at post office so lovely and helpful. Have nothing negative to say as I didn’t have any negative experiences.

Complaint about Lesley (older lady with glasses) came in to exchange and request for old £20 notes we had saved up for new ones. She deliberately dismissed me service in very rude way and when I asked why you refusing to exchange when on uk post office official website it says we can go to post office to exchange currency.. does not know code of conduct and letting post office reputation down by her lack of knowledge couldn’t answer any related questions as well or her staff… Rude, unprofessional and utterly disappointing for a loyal customer. Post master needs to have a chat with her and explain to her code of conduct
