The staff member confidently gave completely incorrect information about SIA Group B documents, refused to read the official guidance I showed them, and then loudly announced my address to the entire queue. It is worrying that someone handling confidential documents behaves with such carelessness and hostility. This branch urgently needs retraining and supervision.

I honestly think he needs a job else where, where he does not interact with people. The other lady is amazing, the one with the glasses, very patient and kind.
