Luna was very helpful and knowledgeable about sending international parcels & a UK one with me this month. In the past she also helped and guided me brilliantly about recorded posts/important letters, tracking, recorded deliveries and any problems with tracking and delivery. Luna is impressively clued up on the whole mail operation. It's an asset, along with her service WHSmiths & Royal Mail should recognise and appreciate. Luna & her colleagues are very helpful, knowledgeable, good at giving advice & confident with online aspect of posting & administration of all post. Luna went the extra mile, she always does. Thank you Luna & all.

The lady at the counter was so helpful - I could not get my DPD code as the WiFi coverage is so limited . She was so kind and patient and helped me , despite it being so busy on a Saturday morning !

Terrible terrible the ques go round like a snake one member off staff 99% off the time. The self service is Not only closed during breaks it’s frequently closed and I’m a frequent poster at different times of the day. It’s actually awful the poor staff! Employ someone else that’s actually willing to put in some work and shape things up maybe a new manager
