Some of the counter staff here are exceptional, extremely helpful and patient - Sarah, Jack and Mike come to mind and there are one or two others but I don’t recall their names! I learned this a while ago when I made a complete pigs ear of multiple packages I had to post. However- without naming anyone I will say a couple of managerial staff could up their game and be a little less surly!!!

Tried to return Amazon parcel. After faffing around for 10 minutes finding correct returns bar code was then told they don't have any Amazon envelopes so couldn't take the parcel anyway. What? Why not tell me that as soon as I mentioned Amazon. Incredibly rude female serving (I use the word serving loosely).

Very bad post office. Hopeless staff, little idea what they are doing, ridiculously slow and unhelpful, more interested in themselves. Do not, do not get your foreign exchange there, you will have more luck on Mars. I don’t know why it’s even open 🤷
