Amazon returns never working. Self service tills never working. Queue half a mile long through the shop with 1, maybe 2 if you’re lucky, people working at the tills. Nobody has time for this! Awful.

Next to useless. Even if you attend midweek during 'quiet' times, there's a big queue. The self service machines are all still out of service. Don't bother.
