Soon became obvious the two girls didn't know what Norwegian was or what Kroner where, so they lied and said we only deal in Euros and Dollars, rather than interupt their chat. Lazy, incompetent, clueless staff.

I'm so very unsatisfied with the service.... Only today, I get, computer failure happens, network failure happens..still, the girl there couldn't be more unfriendly if she tried.... If I were able to select no stars, thst would had been my choice. Zero customer service, long queue and the note ...out of service appears, while the person stood there in fron of everyone waiting, right next to another person with the same sigh...... I will not eve again use the Ashford kent post office for anything... Those people sometimes forget that they only still have a job cause people use it ..the in post boxes is a way forward. I will not return to the post office branch in Ashford....
