Just collected a parcel from here, stood and waited to be served for couple mins which is no issue. I was only customer in shop I thought maybe staff were in the back…nope, staff were chatting on shop floor…eventually came and served me if you ca call it that!!! Lady didn’t even say hi or look at me…older lady with brown hair…absolutely shocking service and won’t be coming here again!!!

Very disappointed if I could put zero starts I would have “Helen Knight” should NOT be allowed to handle peoples letters, parcels and important documents in the post office!! I had a very important letter/document that was sent by Helen and said that it had to be tracked and signed for charged me for it and then find out that it wasn’t tracked the woman doesn’t listen at all it’s not the first time this has happened with her sending letters/parcels especially when they’re very important documents, Helen shouldn’t be allowed to be Handling The post office, I’m very frustrated that my documents are now lost once again this is the third time I’ve had something go missing and it only seems to be when Helen Handles the post!!!
