Public service? Opening times? That's just buzz words. They close it randomly, nothing you can do about it.
Not sure if they get paid for being the centre "post office" but if they do, we should probably log a complaint as they definitely do not provide the service.
The branch up the high street near Tesco is slowly becoming my go to. Further away but reliable.
2 stars for the 2 times it was actually open...

Post office never open and they don’t change the website to say that. Staff are also rude and it’s never open when they say it is

Always shut when I visit . Will it be open today ? Hours state it’s open certain times and hours later not even shop open with newspapers piled in the door (this was a Saturday a few weeks back).. Pust Office should be relocated as service from these owners is diabolical, lazy and not worthy of being called a service

Awful experience, awful service and awful treatment….
This is the second time this has happened to me. I go to the shop and the woman very rudely tells me that the post office is closed, I tell her that the sign on the door says that it closes at 1pm and that it is 12:15, just as rudely she tells me that the sign is from yesterday and that she forgot to remove it. Every time I go to this post office they treat me terribly and I can never do what I went to do. If only they were kind with the customers....
I will never go to this shop again and I do not recommend anyone else to do so.
