Not sure if they get paid for being the centre "post office" but if they do, we should probably log a complaint as they definitely do not provide the service. The branch up the high street near Tesco is slowly becoming my go to. Further away but reliable. 2 stars for the 2 times it was actually open...

A mess of a shop and the so called post office - who ever the guy is running it - is in way over his head and has no idea how to speak politely or provide customer service. Shane on you @Royal Mail for letting this place be part of your service offering. Read the rest of the reviews and do something about it! The store owner also super rude. What a waste of my time and the other 10 people in the queue! Super frustrated!
- TMTim MosleyFeb 5, 20241.0You'd think with how many people used the old post office that they'd make this one capable of handling just as many people per day as the old one, which simply isn't the case, it's woefully understaffed leading to massive queues on every occasion i've been in there, it'd actually be faster to go to the next town over and go to the post office there than have to wait five plus minutes for each customer to be seen to in a queue of over a dozen people, which by the way, this place is not designed to contain. If it was run with more than a skeleton crew this might work out, but as it stands it's not worth using unless you happen to see nobody using it.
