Last week q’d at the PO window when I finally got to the window saw a SMALL notice stating PO closed(11.30 in the morning!!!). Was then SHOUTED AT by a staff lady from another part of the shop “It’s CLOSED” Told them I was trying to collect Amazon parcel. After much “huffing, sighing and eye rolling “ they entered the PO section. Was then asked for the size!! No idea” I replied!! Absolutely NO filing system at all. Boxes, packages and letters all weren’t flying into the floor until my box was located!!! Was then thrown onto the counter to be scanned but they couldn’t get their phone app to load. ATTN. One Stop management. You should retrain ALL shop staff as they obviously don’t want to deal with the public.
