- MHMichael HoAug 14, 20231.0I hope to give zero star if I can. A post office that turns customer away. Same parcel, amazon return, other post offices can handle, but this post office refused. The branch claimed that 1 parcel only allow 1 return label which is a stipulated Post Office Policy. But she failed to show me the policy upon request! Een though I told her I did a couple of times before, including once right in her post office branch, simply scan and affix the return label(s), that all she needs to do. And amazon fulfillment can process seamlessly. To my surprise, she said the staff is new although I recognise her for almost 5 years! Anyway, I will just drive further to other post office from now on.

She said she could tell by looking at it?! Talking about bad customer service! She doesn't deserve a job here. She was rude and acted in an unprofessional manner. From other people's reviews I read here, a lot of people have similar bad experiences. Avoid this place if you can.
