- ARAsmeta RanabhatJul 18, 20261.0Very disappointing experience. The lady I dealt with was extremely rude and unprofessional. Instead of politely explaining the situation regarding my parcel, she spoke to me in a disrespectful and unpleasant manner and questioned why I had ordered the parcel and why I had not had it delivered to my own home. I understand that there may be rules or procedures regarding parcel collection, but there is no reason to speak to customers in such a rude and condescending way. I left feeling very uncomfortable and upset by the way I was treated. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and reminds staff that customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.

Staff member continuously huffed and complained her way through serving us because we were “taking too long.” We explained that my partner has a hidden disability and needs some time. She continued to hurry us and moan tell us her queue is too long so we needed to step away. Telling us she was too fearful of being told off by her boss to offer us the time we needed. This caused my partner to have a panic attack in the shop, she had no heart or patience at all. The issues was that she had printed the same label twice and was too busy moaning to notice. This was what caused the delay. Terrible woman who requires customer service and sensitivity training- no way to treat someone who has told you they have a disability!!
