Instead of politely explaining the situation regarding my parcel, she spoke to me in a disrespectful and unpleasant manner and questioned why I had ordered the parcel and why I had not had it delivered to my own home. I understand that there may be rules or procedures regarding parcel collection, but there is no reason to speak to customers in such a rude and condescending way. I left feeling very uncomfortable and upset by the way I was treated. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and reminds staff that customers deserve to be treated with basic courtesy and respect.
