What a Shame ! Horrible Post Office Manager , asking for me to pay separate for the next day delivery FREE envelope . When I asked him that I never paid for extra envelope whenever I do the special next day post. He then said , its ok ! Please post office franchise , give him some training..I always had bad experience with this man in the past too...zero customer service skills..

Negative experience: branch manager (pictured) refused to take responsibility after opening/ tearing envelope that’s been sealed before postage to attach postal order which we were unaware of and didn’t explain how it works when asked politely, she argued and while tearing it when politely challenged that she shouldn’t have done that without asking and should give a new one as we purchased the original envelope from the post office…she refused to take responsibility forced to purchase second envelope which we refused, be passive aggressive and also refused to give her name to make a complaint to the Royal Mail complaints and claims department. We had no chocie but to take a picture for evidence for complaint. We will be pursuing this complaint as it is not about the money but rather the unprofessional treatment of a customer representing Royal Mail. Royal Mail needs to review this behaviour and complaint as others could be treated same way and it’s unacceptable.

I visited the Sittingbourne Post Office for the first time to renew my driving licence, and I had a really great experience. Miss Nive at the counter provided excellent customer service. She was friendly, professional, and very efficient throughout the process. She patiently answered all of my questions and made everything simple and stress-free. Her willingness to help were truly appreciated. Thank you, Miss Nive, for making my first visit such a pleasant one. Highly recommended!
