Despite me clearly explaining multiple times that I was only there to collect a SIM card, she kept asking the same irrelevant question. I found this frustrating, disrespectful, and felt I was being treated as not smart enough to collect a parcel which I redirected or as if I couldn’t speak English, which came across as potentially racial. 27/01/26 around 8pm. I do apologise it’s a different post office. I’m taking off the review.
