The staff member was extremely rude and was speaking badly about customers in Hindi, thinking people around wouldn’t understand. Luckily, I do understand Hindi. It was very unprofessional and disrespectful behaviour. Customer service should be polite and respectful to everyone. I hope management takes this seriously and improves staff behaviour.
