The day of delivery the parcel hadn’t arrived when I collected another parcel that had been delivered. I explained to the wonderful woman in the post office that I was going home to Sweden the following day and the post office closes at 12 on Saturday. The Amazon driver turned up just after she’d closed, but she took the delivery in anyway and didn’t turn it away as was her right as they’d closed, because she knew I was waiting for the parcel and going home. That is customer service exactly how it should be, thank you so much to the lovely lady that did that, you are absolutely amazing!!!! We will be back and we will definitely use this service again!
