- AJAde JordanSep 13, 20201.0Given up on this place. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and I have no fault with them at all, but as a post office it’s just too unreliable. Of the last seven times I’ve been in, I’ve come away again four of those times without being able to send parcels. The hours are misleading on the post office website (but I now know what these are), then they ran out of labels for nearly a week (so I now print these at home), and this time they can’t log into the system so can’t scan the labels I’ve printed. It’s a pain having to go to the main post office in Sevenoaks - especially at the moment - but that’s still going to be less of a pain than trying to use services at this one. Local post offices are so incredibly important to the community, but only if they actually function.
