I have found the staff efficient *& helpful at all times. A great asset to the village.

Since the Dymchurch post office was relocated to the local convenience store this year, the service has completely deteriorated. The staff are VERY rude and treat you like you are a non-entity. I have been in there several times recently at different times to post something only to be faced with a sign saying "post office is closed" which contradicts with the opening times displayed. The shop is open and busy trading but no one is acting as postmaster. This is so inconvenient. I have just tried again to post a parcel. It is stressful enough finding a parking space in Dymchurch - queue for ages only to be told that the post office section is closed. The 'dont care' attitude is appaling.

How disappointing my fiancé went to pick up a parcel today for me and was greeted by a very rude staff member. This is not the way a business should be run.

Will not be using this post office again after my last visit. Manager has no people skills and quite frankly, I found him rude. This post office have lost an important letter, and I have been the one to have to chase this up, wasting all of my time, and I'm still not further forward, due to their incompetence. I did support this post office when it was in danger of shutting down. I will now be using the Hythe branch, despite it being further away. The staff are more friendly and a lot more helpful.
