- DSDee SturgessSep 3, 20261.0Paid for Royalmail parcelforce10 - next day parcel delivery pre 10am. The parcel was not even sent for 2 days!
- MOMatthew O'BrienAug 12, 20261.0The girl who works in there is completely incompetent. They offer a service (which they get paid for) to send Amazon parcels back. I’ve tried numerous times and every time there is some sort of issue. She says she has only worked there for 3 months. If I could I would give it 0 stars because the service is abysmal. Avoid trying to send anything back from this shop.
- KJKristiqn JelqzkovAug 8, 20261.0I called before going to the place to leave delivery for every the woman that answered the phone didnt know a word of english but i understood that i can leave parcel as long its not too big my parcel was 120cm on 30cm on 30cm they refused to take it on evri s label it was saying its not a problem if its bigger so you basically wasted my time
- SSSantoJul 14, 20261.0The girl hasnt a clue what to do. Literally she freaks out and says its not possible to send a large letter. In fact all it was needed was another stamp to cover weight of large letter. On top of that she doesnt NOT undertand English or even speak it ?
- OOOlabunyaJun 24, 20261.0Not good english finding it difficult to communicate with her in simple language and very unhelpful service.
