- MOMatthew O'Brien6 days ago1.0The girl who works in there is completely incompetent. They offer a service (which they get paid for) to send Amazon parcels back. I’ve tried numerous times and every time there is some sort of issue. She says she has only worked there for 3 months. If I could I would give it 0 stars because the service is abysmal. Avoid trying to send anything back from this shop.

- AAAcidApr 28, 20261.0Rude staff, refused to give parcel despite having correct ID, Address confirmation and tracking number, interrupted our sentences when trying to explain issues and how they are in the wrong. Called the police on us to try and scare us to the point we had to call the police to check if they are coming as the staff said we had to wait outside for the police just to say that they are not coming as we didn't do anything wrong. Not only wasted our time with the "fake" police call, but wasted the police time, caused problems for no reason. Worst part is the parcel is just a lightbulb, All that for a lightbulb. Do better.
