He tried to argue he didn’t have a parcel that had been delivered as we didn’t have a barcode, we had confirmation the parcel was there with no barcode. After raising his voice he realised he didn’t need a barcode and gave us the parcel. He has been rude previously when popping in for something and was given the benefit of the doubt that he was having a bad day but clearly this is just his attitude and feels talking to people rudely is ok. The post office across the road are extremely friendly and put this place to shame!

The member of staff didn't appear to know what they were doing - scanned the parcel and produced a receipt that indicated it hadn't been accepted. I questioned the staff member but they struggled to speak coherent English but were adamant that it had worked. I checked the online tracking and it wasn't saying it had been accepted. I then asked to take my parcel back and the staff member phoned a colleague. No idea what the outcome was, I did ask and was given a rude response. Ended up taking the same parcel elsewhere and it was scanned and received fine. Based on the service I received I wouldn't recommend this shop or the member of staff I interacted with.
