She initially refused to take the money, and despite having a cash-counting machine, she insisted on counting it manually more than three times, wasting over 10 minutes. She kept asking the same questions and repeatedly muttered offensive remarks in Hindi/an Asian language. Her extreme delay caused a massive queue, embarrassing me and wasting everyone's time. Absolutely unacceptable behavior. Avoid this place!

But the post office is section horrid. I went today to collect a payout with the correct ID. The transaction required proof of identity not proof of address when I handed my driving license the cashier presented me with a problem because of my address. Had she read the letter properly she would of realised the address was irrelevant and the ID was sufficient I found an alternative post office with lovely atmosphere and staff and had my payout without any issues. I will not use this post office or store ever again. TERRIBLE.ive been in customer service for 16 years and I am able to identify when a service provider is deliberately trying to avoid completing a transaction, this could also be due to her being biased.

After waiting 15 minutes I phoned the supplier and asked them to refund the order. The refund was far quicker than trying to collect the parcel from these rude and unhelpful individuals. Avoid at all costs.
