The woman is so rude. If I was even half as rude as she is doing my job, I would have been fired for gross misconduct as would probably most employed people! Considering the Post Office is providing a service she is doing an amazing job of providing a very bad one and it’s only for the fact the branch is opposite my house that I return. It does mean I have to ensure I can go and do my business only after I’ve had a drink then I can let her rudeness go, if I went stone cold sober I’d probably be in prison by now. The more customers she has during a day the worse she is and I’ve noticed she is marginally more tolerable early in the morning but only after she’s settled in and had her coffee, if she arrive bang on opening time that pisses her off no end.

Hit & miss. Sometimes a long queue and others noone in there. Poor lady behind the counter is often working flat out but she's so helpful.

The rudeness of this lady who clearly doesn’t want to be there has urged me to write the first ever review of my life. She constantly let me and my wife know how much of an inconvenience we were to her by complaining about the long process, and responding snappily. My wife politely and rightfully asked how long our letter will take to get to the destination to which the rude lady straightly replied “you should of asked me before, it’s not there anymore!”. She slammed the pen down aggressively as we made a mistake on the form accidentally to which she again straightly let us know “how could you make that mistake, I did tell you” she even called past us and said to other customers about how we were taking so long, making me and my wife feel like we were truly an inconvenience for thinking it would be ok to come and use our local post office for the service they are suppose to provide. We won’t be going there again
