- ISIsabelle Saunders1 day ago5.0I wanted the post office staff to complete the application form online for my first British passport. There was no queue. The employee was extremely helpful and did the first steps very diligently. I was able on the same day, thanks to their opening hours being generous (open until 7.00p.m) to go back with my documents to be sent by post by the same member of staff. At last, a post office exists where queues are not long and staff are pleasant and hardworking.
