- DADan Adair-WrightMar 1, 20261.0So useless. Post Office counter always closed due to some problem or another. They refuse to pay out on scratchcards (but happy to sell them). The shop itself is filthy and the guys that work in there are beyond rude. Avoid!
- ABAlice BJan 18, 20223.0I was looking for a local post office to send off my renewed passport and having read previous reviews here... I was intrigued to meet the lady behind the counter and see how ripped off I would be! In fairness, the lady I met was quite chatty and relatively pleasant! This is your average post office although I am still waiting for my text to confirm my recorded delivery was in fact, delivered... I was satisfied with the customer service. However, I was told not to lick my own envelope because of "germs" which Covid or no Covid is a new one for me.
- NHnatalie HajisavvasMay 20, 20191.0This is the worse post office in the area, no one has a clue what they are doing the staff openly tell you they have not had any training and have no idea even how to post a letter with a 1st class stamp on it, the manager is the most useless person doesn’t take any responsibilities for how bad and shocking the service is, you que for ages to be served by someone who hasn’t got a clue about where anything is or how to do anything in the post office.
- BFB FramptonMar 7, 20191.0Total rubbish . The new staff are rude and don't have a clue.
