In my experience, the level of service has been consistently poor. Staff o seem unable or unwilling to answer basic questions or provide any meaningful assistance. Unfortunately, this was not an isolated incident, it has happened almost every time I have visited.

Waste of time. update Evri if you want your own schedule as you’ve told evri your open all hours until 20:00. Poor service, went to another Evri drop off no problems…

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
