- NNNathilMay 5, 20265.0Excellent service at Borkwood Post Office. The staff are friendly, helpful, and professional. They always try to serve customers quickly and make the process easy, even during busy times. The shop is clean, well organised, and convenient for posting parcels, letters, and other services. I had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this Post Office.
- JMJane MoodyDec 12, 20231.0I was being served at the post office counter when the assistant walked away to serve someone at the shop side while i waited. The assistant told me the shop is more important. I thought this rude.
- DCDavid ClarkeAug 6, 20221.0Worst post office ever. Been there 3 times for 3 different things that are clearly shown on the boards of services that they provide only to be told No we dont! Today I went to post a cheque into my bank account to be told they do not do this when on the sign above the cashier it clearly states that they do this service. What's the point of advertising this when you clearly can't be bothered! Won't even shop there now.
