Why not just close this post office? The working hours don't match those advertised online. Of the entire team, only a few employees are friendly and don their job properly. The rest are either on a permanent break, smoking, or simply busy with other things. For the last two days, it's been impossible to use their services because they posted a poster saying the system is broken. I'd like to know who is responsible for this inconvenience!

The post office has staff that a flippant and sarcastic to customers. I forgot it was a Saturday and they had closed. Instead their response was did I not see the closed sign accompanied by a sneer! I will not be collecting any of my parcels there ever again or use their services. They often do not scan parcels so I get constant amazon reminders! They don't seem to care.
