- UAUzo AkinkunleSep 11, 20261.0Today, I encountered an unprofessional and careless lady at the post office who refused to give me my parcel despite explaining that I was traveling and needed it urgently. She admitted she was not trained to handle the parcel and simply went outside to make a phone call without offering any assistance or explanation. This experience confirms to me that I will not be returning to this branch, as her attitude was absolutely unacceptable and she lacked basic customer service skills. It is astonishing how such staff are employed without proper training in customer care.

I asked if it was in one of the sacks that were at the main counter, as it had not long been dropped off, apparently he said he can’t login and give it to me, even though it says they were open online!! Rant over 😂 it’s always been a nightmare there!

Of the entire team, only a few employees are friendly and don their job properly. The rest are either on a permanent break, smoking, or simply busy with other things. For the last two days, it's been impossible to use their services because they posted a poster saying the system is broken. I'd like to know who is responsible for this inconvenience!
