- FSFelix Samuel1 day ago5.0August 2026 positive experience: lady at till was lovely and helpful, very knowledgeable about D1 form to renew address for driving license with dvla many thanks use D1 form if you wish not to deal with hassle of digital ID renewals online as they ask for too many personal information and not straight forward as this post office renewal form even though it will take 3 weeks it’s worth it

My parcel had been delivered I gave them my name showed them I had a qr and code and they didn’t even scan it and proceeded to tell me my parcel weren’t there. After I went back in with someone else they told me a parcel under my name was in there and called me a liar by saying I told them a different name when clearly gave them my name and then they scanned my qr code which they hadn’t done the first time I went in there. They proceeded to be rude to me when all I wanted to collect was my parcel which they stated wasn’t there when it was. They gave me my parcel with attitude and threw it through the sliding door and slammed it.

I saw her my tracking on my phone, but she did'nt wanted to. I asked if there were any other staff's who can help by looking, because there was lot's of customer, who was waiting, but she got angry and was been refussed to be served. Need to be learned how to respect and talk to the customers..I won't give this post office even one star, but there is'nt any other option..
