Had to have a replacement of my parcel redelivered.my intial order was delivered to the wrong address with no explanation and still waiting for information. Dissappointed with this service

They are time waste and not reliable.
They estimated my item to be delivered in a specific date then they just canceled it in the evening after taking the whole day off
They said next day which again did not happen
Then by tracking my order it said has been hold. No explanation why and for how long
I phoned them they said we don’t know let’s check with the depo then they promised me to be coming tomorrow
That did not happen too another day off work
Then after 7 days they texted in the morning they are coming by the end of today so I stayed home and took day off work
No one turned up and the update online says “ recipient was not home “!!!
They lie they did not turn up they just did not bother to come and deliver my expensive items
I’ve called about ten times they emailed the depo
Complete ignore no reply
Made complaint
No response whatsoever
They are not bothered I’ve paid almost £40 for delivered and they are just rude not reliable and liars
These people are not professional and they don’t sound they are like us have responsibilities and respect others life commitments
They sound as if they are just lazy want to make money out of us without doing the job,
I’ve been all days home taking days off work waiting for them and then last things they said online tried to deliver was not home !!! What a joke
Don’t trust them and they should be shut
