    I have collected Amazon parcels from this Post Office many times before without any issues, and the service has usually been quick and efficient. Unfortunately, my recent experience with a different member of staff was extremely disappointing. On my first visit, I was asked to wait while other customers were being served. After around 10 minutes, I eventually received my parcel, but was then informed that the scanning device had run out of battery and the parcel could not be released. I was asked to come back another day. I returned two days later to collect the same parcel. The branch was completely empty with no queue and no customers waiting. The same staff member was present, and I was again told to return in 30 minutes because she was busy. When I explained that this was already my second trip due to the previous issue, no assistance or alternative solution was offered. I should also add that other members of staff at this branch have always been helpful and efficient in my previous visits, so my concern is specifically with this experience. I find it unacceptable that a parcel cannot be released due to basic equipment not being available, and that customers are expected to make repeated unnecessary journeys as a result. This feels like very poor service and poor handling of the situation. Overall, the experience across both visits was frustrating and poorly managed, especially considering the branch was empty on my second visit and no practical solution was offered.

    Be aware that opening hours are of random nature. Apparently this closure is for 1 hour.

    The staff are some of the most rude and unhelpfull people i have ever met. In future i will drive past and go to a post office further away in the hope of getting some propper service and maybe a smile.

    It can't be easy having to shift between 2 tills constantly, with one line forming for the post office counter and one for the general goods counter. The staff here are under a huge strain doing this but try their best. They deserve respect.
