With all due respect most post offices are a place that I tend to avoid due to the lack of customer service however this one in lower road tops them all. Waited for ages while a man a woman totally ignored me with my letter that I needed posting. I was asked what I wanted standing there with an envelope in my hand at the post office counter.....i felt like saying a big mac meal. The woman who seriously lacks any customer service skills then took my letter and after weighing it put it through the large slot saying it wouldn't go through the small slot even though I had already done it at home. I was charged over £3 for this and will never go back.
