I arrived after 6 pm and the post office within the shop was closed, but the shop should be providing postal services until 8pm; although the man at the counter accepted my parcel, he told me never to come after 6 because he doesn’t want his shop full of parcels and I should only use the post office at the back of the shop 😐 2. A few months later, I arrived at 7.34 pm and the shop door was shut, the woman inside made signs that everything was closed. However, the postal services should be assured until 8pm…very disappointed

Why did my Post Office refuse to issue change?
If you’ve registered for the Change Giving service, you shouldn’t be refused change at your nominated Post Office branch.
