Stay away from this place. I went to post a letter to the US, the guy serving me asked what I wanted and then had a conversation for a minute with the two others there. When he finally speaks to me again he tells me I haven’t written USA on the front but doesn’t offer me the letter or a pen to do so, and goes back to chatting. One of the other workers is playing with the card in her hands and bending it. I literally had to snatch it back off her otherwise it would’ve been crumpled. He tells me it’ll be £3, another minute passes, and finally rings me up on the till. I was desperate to leave at this point so I tapped my card quick, only realising after he charged £11. I demanded a refund right away, as I knew for a fact it wasn’t this much. He gave it back in cash and I couldn’t be bothered to argue about getting my card refunded instead. It was so strange and so rude and a generally uncomfortable experience for just posting a letter. I got the letter back and went to a different post office. Stay away.

I used to rate this place at a 5*, my family and i had a good relationship with them, the guy even knew what shift i was working by what time of day i would go in the store, but they sold up and moved. It was taken over and to start with, we were very unhappy with the service, you could tell that the new owners jumped in the deep end and weren't prepared for how busy the post office section gets, stock wasn't being kept up with, and they just didn't seem to have a customer friendly attitude. As time has gone on, they seem to be getting the hang of things and the store isn't what it was, but it's picking back up.

Incredibly bad service here today. It started with that lady making me wait so she could serve the person in the queue behind me and went downhill quickly after that. If the attendant doesn’t even know Ireland is in the EU, they shouldn’t be representing the post office.
