There are papers taped up everywhere to say that things are not working as they should. All the self-service machines were closed (why? Their purpose is to be used without help), digital services were not available and only one employee was behind her desk. In the end I feel lucky to have "only" queued for 45 minutes on that day. When it's hot outside, there is no air conditioning, everyone is suffocating up there. It's shameful for a post office in the center of the city. The management and the equipment need to be completely reviewed for the well-being of your employees and clients.

Terrible terrible the ques go round like a snake one member off staff 99% off the time. The self service is Not only closed during breaks it’s frequently closed and I’m a frequent poster at different times of the day. It’s actually awful the poor staff! Employ someone else that’s actually willing to put in some work and shape things up maybe a new manager

Several years ago I tried to avoid using this Post Office as there were always queues and some of the staff were very rude (to all customers). However, I think it has now improved and I now find the staff are generally very pleasant and helpful, so I'm quite surprised by the poor reviews. I think queuing is to be expected at busy times, though.
