- CHcatherine hillJul 14, 20251.0Sometimes there is no Wifi connection, or the Post Masters phone does not work and he cannot read the QR code for an Amazon return. This is the second time it has happened. You have to return to try again or go elsewhere. So not a reliable service imo. I suggested to the Post Master and the woman serving at the shop counter, that (for disabled people or the elderly) a stool could be provided for any long wait. I was told there was no room. I was also told that I was the only one who had a problem. I walk with a crutch and standing in a queue is incredibly painful after 15 minutes. Not the greatest experience, nor great service from an otherwise well stocked shop. I think the people running it could use some manners and improve their customer service.
