I learned this a while ago when I made a complete pigs ear of multiple packages I had to post. However- without naming anyone I will say a couple of managerial staff could up their game and be a little less surly!!!

After faffing around for 10 minutes finding correct returns bar code was then told they don't have any Amazon envelopes so couldn't take the parcel anyway. What? Why not tell me that as soon as I mentioned Amazon. Incredibly rude female serving (I use the word serving loosely).
