- SHsimone hoganJan 17, 20241.0Difficult to know what to say - staff seem genuinely unhappy to be doing this job, not just rude but unprofessional on the post office side and no pride in the look of the shop inside or out. In the end I decided to go elsewhere and use a different carrier than royal mail. It's insulting to be treated in such a derogatory way. 3rd visit in 25 years although nearest to me and really will not go there again unless it changes management.

I'm mainly talking about the long haired long nailed guy who works there, no 'hello', no 'thank you', no 'please', no 'goodbye', even though I said all of those. Just looks at you as if to say "What do you want", horrible. The staff that used to work there some years ago were so much nicer!
