Difficult to know what to say - staff seem genuinely unhappy to be doing this job, not just rude but unprofessional on the post office side and no pride in the look of the shop inside or out. In the end I decided to go elsewhere and use a different carrier than royal mail. It's insulting to be treated in such a derogatory way. 3rd visit in 25 years although nearest to me and really will not go there again unless it changes management.

Avoid this PO if you can. I was there once and it's enough to understand man provided service is so rude. I asked about D1 form for DVLA. He said they didn't have it. Then he decided to discuss with friend about driving licence and selfish people, who want to get it. This post office is like messy warehouse

If you want to get treated like your money is not wanted then go here! Unbelievable rude and bad service! Went to use the post office and got greeted with a huff, started serving me and then because i wasn't "quick enough" to put my second parcel on the scales left me to serve another customer who was buying a fizzy drink, when I said that was rude of him he said "you wasn't going to buy anything anyway!" I said I can't believe you speak to customers like that and he said "you can dish it out but can't take it!" I never experienced anything like this esp as I had a young child with me. Would not recommend.
