One women was very friendly, another one basically dismissed me that they didn't have the parcel until I spelt out my very simple name three times and then it magically appeared. Even then, she couldn't answer a basic question around redelivery. I have no car so have to go to the post office to firstly see if they have it and pick up a porcelain sink on the bus. Ridiculous. Fabulous service.
